This adorable creature tumbled from its nest and found itself stranded in the middle of the road. In an attempt to help, I gently prodded the bird with a stick, hoping it would move to safety. To my surprise, the bird responded by opening its beak, as if expecting to be fed. After a few tries with the stick, I carefully guided the bird away from the harm's way.
